Computer Applications I is a semester course designed to develop and improve the student’s knowledge of computer software, as well as continue to enhance their keyboarding skills, while developing and working with common business documents. Students will be working with word processing software to develop business documents in proper format and then apply editing and formatting changes as necessary. Students will also be working with personal information management software developing calendars, contacts list, tasks list, and sending emails. While working we these software’s, students will be learn how to upload and download files on the web as well as import contacts, calendars and share documents.

      • I placed this PPT on your J: Drive in a fold called:  MOS Demo-PPT Unit 9
        • Use this PPT as your Demo going through the videos
  3. As you are going through the videos, pause the videos and check out the tools or functions that it is talking about in the videos.
  4. Using the Outline of the videos that I gave you, highlight any sections that you are concerned with.
  5. Please complete these videos in the order they are listed on your outline (hard copy).

Instructions:

Once you have decided whether to take the test or worksheet:

  1. Click Download
  2. Type in your name
    • You don’t have to type in an ID or Email
  3. Follow your instructions to complete each section of the test.
  4. When finished, click the “?” image on the left side of the screen at the bottom:
    • Once selected you will be asked: “Are you sure you want to submit?”
      • Click Submit
    • You will then be given you Score in points and a % grade.
  5. It is important that you click the “?” image on the left because if you click the one on the right it will clear your test and you have to start over.
